Sheffield Wednesday vs Wolves Prediction 15/12/17
Two teams having contrasting seasons in the Championship clash at Hillsborough on Friday night. Kick off is at 19.45 and you can watch it live on Sky Sports. The Owls will not be happy with how their season has unfolded and they are only 15th in the table with 27 points. Wolves are flying in the Championship and they are currently sitting proudly atop the table with 48 points.
Sheffield Wednesday have not been in good form in recent weeks and after four draws in a row they lost 3-1 at Norwich last time. Wolves have won 6 of their last 7 but they were held to a scoreless draw by Sunderland in their last outing. We think Wednesday are a better side than they have shown recently and they can hold Wolves to a score draw on Friday. Our exclusive prediction for Sheffield Wednesday vs Wolves is the draw and both teams to score at odds of 7/2 with Ladbrokes, who offer a fantastic £50 bonus to new customers.

Leicester vs Crystal Palace Prediction 16/12/17
Two sides that have been in good form in the Premier League collide at The King Power on Saturday. This contest kicks off at 12.30 and you can watch it live and exclusive on Sky Sports. The Foxes have recovered well from their poor start to the season and they are now 8th with 26 points. Palace are also going well after a woeful beginning and they are sitting 18th with 14 points.
Claude Puel has got Leicester playing some good stuff and they won 4-1 at Southampton on Wednesday. Roy Hodgson has made Palace a hard team to beat and they fought back to get a 2-1 win vs Watford last time. Palace have a lot of injuries at the back and we think a win and clean sheet could be on the cards for Leicester. Our exclusive prediction for Leicester vs Crystal Palace is the home win to nil at odds of 11/5 with Coral, who offer a tempting £20 bonus to new customers.

Man City vs Tottenham Prediction 16/12/17

Man City have yet to taste defeat this term and they are clear at the top of the Premier League with 49 points. Tottenham have bounced back to form after a poor run and they are 4th with 31 points.
Pep Guardiola’s team have won 15 in a row, and they hammered Swansea 4-0 in midweek. Spurs have won their last two and they beat Brighton 2-0 on Wednesday. Football betting tips
Football or as Americans would call it soccer is definitely the best known sport in the World. When it comes to sports betting it's also the most important one for punters. Horse racing used to be bigger in the old days but soccer definitely came from behind good few years ago. Now with the development of in play betting we can't see that changing anytime soon.
When it comes to football betting classic match winner bets are most popular. Some punters like the Asian betting way with handicaps. Some would prefer for example first or last goalscorer bets. At MyBettingBonus.co.uk we mainly focus on win-draw-win. When the game is not that easy to predict we sometimes go with draw-no-bet tips. We don't hide from under/over betting on number of goals.
We normally cover all the English Premier League games in our football predictions. Each round we also write about some of the most interesting Championship fixtures. We have a betting editor specializing in the European football. We get the best tips for Spanish La Liga, German Bundesliga and Italian Serie A.
We cover Champions League and Europa League games especially when English teams are involved. Euro 2016 and best international friendlies are also something you'll find previews for here.
Normal service was resumed in the Premier League last season after Leicester’s shock win in 2015/16. Antonio Conte’s well drilled Chelsea side cruised to the title and they were the best team by some distance. Spurs continued their progress under Mauricio Pochettino and claimed the runner up spot. Liverpool and Man City completed the top 4 in the EPL.
Man Utd’s disappointing EPL performance didn’t cost them a Champions League spot as they triumphed in the Europa League. Hull, ‘Boro and Sunderland went down, and the new faces next season include Newcastle, Brighton and Huddersfield. The 2017/18 Premier League season should be one of the most exciting ever. You should check out our preview and exclusive ante-post prediction below.
Premier League table predictions
Although Antonio Conte came into English football with a big reputation, the question was how he would adapt. The Premier League is unique for a number of reasons, but the Italian has taken to it like a duck to water. He was admittedly lucky injury-wise and Chelsea’s key players stayed fit for most of the season. His switch to a back three was one of the key factors for their success and they will be difficult to beat again this year.
There are likely to be quite a few ins and outs at Chelsea in the transfer window. Rumours are rife that Diego Costa is on his way. Nemanja Matic is being heavily linked with Man Utd, while club legend John Terry is off to Aston Villa. Bakayoko and Sandro are amongst the names that could be on the way in. Conte knows it will be a lot harder for him with Champions League football this season, and he needs numbers in his squad.
Key Man: Eden Hazard. Title Odds: 7/2 Skybet.
Pep Guardiola’s Man City side were one of the big disappointments of last season. The Spanish maestro was expected to work his magic instantly, but his team lacked consistency. He seemed surprised at the intensity and difficulty of matches against the so called lesser teams, and he needs to learn from his mistakes. Pep now knows that you can take nothing for granted in the BPL, no matter who your opponent is. They ended up in 3rd, 15 points behind the Champions.
If they are to close the gap on Chelsea Guardiola needs to add to his squad. The City defence leaked too many goals last season and they lacked pace, leadership and composure. It is doubtful that Vincent Kompany will get back to his very best after an injury ravaged couple of seasons and he isn’t getting any younger. John Stones needs to mature quickly and Guardiola needs to add some steel in the transfer window. With Aguero, Jesus and De Bruyne they have enough firepower to do well, but unless they strengthen at the back it is hard to see them winning the title.
Key Man: Sergio Aguero. Title Odds: 2/1 BetBright.
We tipped Spurs for the title last season but they just came up short in 2nd behind Chelsea. They won’t be far away again this season as they have a young team and they are only going to get better. Spurs have one of the best up and coming managers around in Mauricio Pochettino. They have to try to retain his services for as long as is humanly possible. The Argentinian tactician knows how to get the best out of his players and he is sure to be in demand with all elite clubs around Europe.
Spurs are strong all over the pitch and it is difficult to find weaknesses in their starting eleven. We tipped up Harry Kane for the Golden Boot last season and he didn’t disappoint. Eriksen has developed into a real dangerman for Spurs and his creativity is key. Alli is another player with the X-Factor and Wanyama has added real defensive strength in midfield. The back four is strong and settled and they have one off the most consistent ‘keepers in the league. They lack strength in depth up top, and if they can add a striker during the transfer window they won’t be far away come May.
Key Man: Harry Kane. Title Odds: 10/1 BetWay.
When Jose Mourinho was announced as Man Utd manager most Red Devils’ fans were beside themselves with excitement. However, their Premier League performances were well below the level required and he could only guide them to 6th place. He did manage to land a Europa Cup title and achieve the goal of returning to Champions League football. They will need to improve massively on their form last season if they are to make an impact.
The big worry for Utd is a lack of depth up top with Zlatan released after his serious knee injury at the end of the season. Rooney is on his way out and Martial doesn’t seem to be trusted by Mourinho. Rashford is capable of leading the line but Mourinho needs a back up. Both Morata and Lukaku have been heavily linked to Utd. Matic has also been mentioned as a possible signing and he gets on well with Mourinho. Utd are strong at the back and they are blessed with two solid goalkeepers. However, it is hard to see them winning much this season. A domestic cup win and a top 4 finish is the best they can hope for.
Key Man: Marcus Rashford. Title Odds: 7/2 Betfair.
Jurgen Klopp’s men finished in the top 4 last season for the first time since 2013/14. They are back in the Champions League, but Klopp needs to strengthen big time. They were stretched very thin at times last season and that was with no European football. Now that they are back in the UCL the demands on the squad will be even higher. He could do with upgrades in a few positions, starting with a new goalkeeper.
Neither Mignolet or Karius has convinced and Klopp should be looking for an experienced custodian. The only signing that Klopp has made so far is Mo Salah, and they are being linked with Naby Keita. He is yet another attacking player, and it is strange that no defensive minded players are being linked. Liverpool’s problems weren’t in attack last season, it was their inability to defend, especially at set pieces. Unless Klopp addresses those issues a top 4 finish looks unlikely.
Key Man: Sadio Mane. Title Odds: 12/1 Betfred.
One of the biggest stories of last season was whether Arsene Wenger would stay or go. An FA Cup win placated the fans and the announcement was soon made that Wenger was staying. Arsenal could only manage to finish 5th in the BPL last season and their supporters expect much better. The Gunners have a squad that should be strong enough to compete at the highest level. However, Wenger knows that he has to do everything to try to hang on to Alexis Sanchez. He is their main man and rumour has it that he is keen on a move to Man City.
Wenger has already made a move in the transfer market. Alexandre Lacazette has been signed for quite a substantial fee and he needs to hit the ground running. The Gunners haven’t had a top class striker since Henry left, and Lacazette’s goals could be crucial. Arsenal could also do with strengthening at the back. Mertesacker isn’t getting any younger while Koscielny and Gabriel are injury prone. Xhaka had an underwhelming debut season in the Premier League, but he is better than that. He could be key if Arsenal are to fight their way back into the top 4.
Key Man: Alexis Sanchez. Title Odds: 12/1 10Bet.
Premier League Ante-Post Tips
One team stands out as being criminally overpriced in the Premier League ante-post market. Tottenham can be backed at odds of 10/1 and that represents serious value. On the evidence of last season, we can’t understand how Spurs are a double figure price and Man Utd are as short as 7/2. Man City also look far too short at 2/1 and it seems that their price is based on reputation rather than last year’s form.
The 7/2 available about Chelsea looks a fair price, but they are in the Champions League this season. That will stretch their squad and they might not be as consistent this season. Liverpool are poor defensively, and Spurs look well equipped to make a bold bid for Premier League glory this season. They are rock solid at the back, they have a strong midfield and in Harry Kane they have a goal machine. If he stays fit for the whole season they won’t be far away, and Tottenham are well worth backing ante-post at odds of 10/1 with Bet365.
Premier League Ante-Post Tip: Tottenham @ 10/1 Bet365

Premier League top scorers
Alan Shearer is the EPL all time top goalscorer. He played between 1992 and 2006 scoring 260 goals in his 441 games. Wayne Rooney from Manchester United (previously Everton) moved to the second spot last season. He now has 193 goals on his accont out of 435 games. Rooney is clearly still an active player so he has a good chance to improve his record. He might however find it difficult to jum ahead of Shearer. Andrew Cole comes third in the ranks with his 187 goals. Frank Lampard is 4th in the ranks with 177 goals from 609 games. That makes him the league top scorer midfielder. Thierry Henry is 5th on the list with 175 goals. The French forward is the highest ranked foreigner in this classification.

Leicester City, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City will represent England in the Champions League in the 2016/17 season. They will need to face a fierce competition from last year's winner Real Madrid and the regular favourites like FC Barcelona or Bayern Munich. As usual we will cover all of the English club games together with some other key fixtures.
Champions League winner predictions
Picking the Champions League winner is not an easy task. Just as last year Barcelona and Bayern Munich are strong favourites according to bookmakers. Winner from previous season, Real Madrid comes third in the ranks. The highest ranked English team is Manchester City at 12/1.
If you looking to back Leicester City to repeat their success story from Premier League you can back them at 100/1.
Last season Barcelona won the Spanish La Liga but failed to impress in Europe. Luis Enrique men were knocked out by Atletico Madrid. The Catalans are again strong favourites to win the title this season. Enrique is currently quiet in the transfer market but that doesn't mean anything. He still has time and monitoring how Euros are progressing is a good idea.
With Neymar, Messi and Suarez in good form Barcelona can surely win it all. However it would be also useful if they add some strenght to defense as it was not perfect last year.

It looks Bayern is very serious about getting the Champions League trophy. The Bavarians have already bought Matts Hummels from Borussia Dortmund and Renato Sanches from Benfica. They already have a great offensive line up with Lewandowski and Muller so getting a strong defender is surely a good idea.
Bayern will be even stronger this season so don't forget to put them on top of your Champions League predictions.

Citizens have already bought Ilkay Gundogan from Borussia Dortmund. If they want to dream about success in Europe they need to follow with a few more signings. Last season we've seen Manchester is still far behind the top European teams. Pep Guardiola has a big task ahead of him. Before we put any money on Champions League predictions we need to wait and see what other players he brings to Etihad Stadium.
