Energybet no longer exists. Feel free to use a recommended alternative sportsbook such as LeoVegas.

EnergyBet Best Promotions For Existing Customers
Welcome bonuses reel new customers in, but to keep them hooked many betting sites run regular promotions. Paddy Power, for example, is renowned for running loads of promotions across a wide selection of sports. Other bookies prefer quality over quantity, and EnergyBet falls into the latter category.
It is fair to say that EnergyBet adopts a minimalistic approach when it comes to promotions for existing customers. At the time this review was written they disappointingly only had one sportsbook promotion. Find out more about it below…
EnergyBet Weekly Football Acca Insurance Offer
Every week, EnergyBet runs an acca insurance offer for existing customers. If you place a football acca containing 4 legs or more and 1 leg lets you down, EnergyBet will refund your stake up to a maximum of £20. Minimum odds of 1/5 (1.2) per selection and maximum of one refund per week (first qualifying acca placed counts).
Refund is paid as bonus funds so wagering requirements will apply before withdrawals can be made. Both pre-match and in-play accas qualify once they meet the qualifying conditions. You can check out some of the most important terms and conditions of the EnergyBet Acca Insurance promotion below…

Betting With EnergyBet – No Horse Racing Available!
So now we have covered the bonuses and promotions, it is time to look at the really important stuff. The first major thing we noticed is that you cannot bet on horse racing with EnergyBet. This is a major negative given the popularity of betting on racing with UK punters.
They do have lots of other sports and it seems their main focus is football. EnergyBet’s sole promotion for existing customers is football focused and they have tried to raise their profile with football fans by forming partnerships with a few different football league clubs. Betting is available for selected e-sports events too, including League of Legends, Dota 2 and Starcraft 2.
One aspect of the EnergyBet site we really liked was the availability of key stats for all the biggest matches, including the Premier League. You can check H2H records, the Last 5 results for both teams, League position, Top Scorers, Card stats, and you can even view the Twitter feeds of both clubs on the EnergyBet desktop site! It is definitely a feature that sets EnergyBet apart from a lot of its rivals.
You Can Now Cash Out With EnergyBet!
EnergyBet may not have horse racing betting, but at least they have a Cash Out facility. This tool has become almost essential for any bookie serious about making it in the industry. EnergyBet offers Cash Out on pre-match and Live single and combi bets across a wide range of sports. There is no definitive list of sports outlined by EnergyBet that qualify for cash out, but any sport that has live betting available should be eligible.
To see if your bet qualifies for early cash out with EnergyBet, look out for the small red Cash Out Symbol on your Bet Slip. Alternatively, you can check in your Open Bets to see which wagers you have placed qualify for Cash Out. If you decide to quit while you are ahead, simply click on Cash Out to take a reduced amount of winnings and run. However, no partial cash out is available so this is a slight negative.
EnergyBet Live Streaming – None Available…Yet
Being able to watch and bet on sports on one site is always nice. Many betting sites are now offering live streaming of a wide selection of sports, including soccer, tennis, snooker and lots more. However, as of yet, EnergyBet has not introduced live streaming to their desktop or mobile sites. This situation may change in the future and if it does, you will hear about it at Mybettingbonus first.
EnergyBet Withdrawals And Deposits
One area where EnergyBet certainly cannot be faulted is in the range of payment methods they accept. The fact that PayPal is not accepted cannot be ignored, but EnergyBet does accept payments from lots of other similar e-wallets like Skrill, Neteller, and EcoPayz.
However, when withdrawing money you can only make one free withdrawal per week. Any more withdrawals will each incur a £5 fee.
Of course, EnergyBet also accepts deposits from debit cards too. For the most part, the minimum deposit is £10, though you can deposit as little as £5 with a couple of payment methods. You can also deposit safely and securely using Paysafecard too, find out more about this pre-paid option below.
Deposit With Paysafecard at EnergyBet
If you are looking for a safe and secure way to top up your EnergyBet account and want to control your spending too, Paysafecard is the perfect payment solution. You simply buy a Paysafe voucher code in a retail store or online and then you can use the code to top up your account. Check out our Paysafecard review to find out more about this payment method …

EnergyBet Mobile – No Native Apps For iOS or Android
Unlike a lot of their biggest industry rivals, EnergyBet has decided against designing native iOS or Android Apps. Instead, they have taken the option of designing a one size fits all Web App that operates on all mobile devices. We tried out the site on Android and it worked very nicely.
The EnergyBet Web App is designed very similarly to the Desktop site so it instantly feels familiar. The main menu is accessible with one click and sports are listed in three categories; Recommended, Popular and Alphabetically. You can also filter events by when they are due to start (24 hrs, 8 hrs, 3 hrs or 1hr).
The live betting suite in the EnergyBet web app is top-notch. No live streaming is available, but you can get an idea of how the action is unfolding with a very cool match tracker feature. All the stats available on the desktop site can be accessed on the EnergyBet web app too. For those who bet primarily on mobile, EnergyBet could be worth checking out.
EnergyBet In-Play – Bet Live On Lots Of Sports!

Live betting is important to EnergyBet, particularly on football. You can bet live on a wide range of sports with EnergyBet. At the time of writing, we could see live betting markets available for football, American Football, tennis, baseball, basketball, table tennis, and MMA.
EnergyBet also has a very big selection of markets available for in-play football punters. We counted 154 different live betting markets for an MLS game that was being played at the time of writing. That is a lot more than some of the biggest players in the industry and has to be seen as a plus.
One area where EnergyBet could improve their live betting experience is the time it takes to place a bet. You need to click on the odds, scroll up to the betslip, enter the stake and then click on place bet. Given how quickly live odds can change in football, this process could definitely be streamlined.
Is EnergyBet a Trustworthy Betting site?
Based in Malta and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, EnergyBet is a bookie that plays by the rules. They launched their Casino site in 2012 and their sportsbook followed in 2016. Owned by Probe Investments, EnergyBet is a young and ambitious bookie trying to make their mark in the UK betting industry. EnergyBet uses the latest 128-bit SSL technology to encrypt all financial transactions.
The best place to check whether a betting site is trustworthy is their privacy policy. EnergyBet is based in Malta, an EU member, and thus must comply with the relevant data protection laws. They use Two Factor Authentication too. This means that any time an attempt is made to log into your account from a new device or country, a verification code is sent to your mobile that enables you to log in.
EnergyBet Customer Service– No 24 Hour Cover
It is disappointing that EnergyBet does not have 24 hour customer service. If you need help or have a problem, you can contact EnergyBet via Live Chat from 9am to midnight from Monday to Friday and from 1pm to 9pm on weekends. There is also a FAQ section where some commonly posed queries are answered.
You can also get in touch with EnergyBet via phone and the same hours apply. If you need help out of hours, you can send an email. If you need to get in touch with EnergyBet you will find the relevant EnergyBet Support contact details below…

Conclusion – Work To Do To Reach The Top!
There are quite a few positives for EnergyBet and they have certainly improved their product since launching in 2016. The Mobile Web App is a credit to EnergyBet and the access to key stats and a live match tracker are other things that EnergyBet should be commended for.
However, it is impossible to ignore the negatives, the biggest of which is the lack of betting on horse racing. Customer service is not available 24/7 either and that is another minus. It is good that EnergyBet now has a Cash Out facility, but it would be better if Partial Cash Out was available too.
Overall, whether it is worth signing up with EnergyBet depends on your punting habits. If you don’t bet on the horses and focus on football pre-match and especially live betting, then they’re a bookmaker you should definitely check out. They certainly have areas where they could improve but overall, EnergyBet has enough qualities to make them worth considering.
EnergyBet FAQs
Does EnergyBet accept PayPal?
PayPal is one of the most popular Payment Methods on earth and most bookies are now accepting it. However, at the time of writing, EnergyBet did not accept PayPal. They do accept lots of alternative e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, as well as pre-paid cards like Paysafecard. However, if PayPal is your primary payment method then EnergyBet is not the bookie for you.
How Good Is the EnergyBet Mobile App?
It was a big risk for EnergyBet to focus on a Web App rather than developing Native Android and Apple (iOS) Apps. However, we really rated the EnergyBet Web App and we thought it was a pleasure to use. The fact EnergyBet concentrated solely on the Web App rather than developing separate apps for other platforms has paid off.
Does EnergyBet have good promotions for existing customers?
At the time of writing, they only had one promo for existing customers and it applied only to football. It would be nice if EnergyBet added a few new promotions across a bigger variety of sports in the future.
